We ship with care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. You’ll receive tracking when your order leaves us.
Silk is packed to protect the hand feel, please open gently and keep the mailer for returns if needed.
Returns We want you to feel settled in your piece. Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Tags attached; no wear, perfume, or detergent odor
- Intimate apparel: for hygiene, returns only if sealed / unworn as stated on the PDP
- Buyer covers return shipping unless we made an error
