DearOnyx is the storefront of Lullabye Layers LLC (“we,” “us”). By using dearonyx.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The shop We sell lingerie, sleepwear, and rest accessories. Photos, colors, and descriptions are offered in good faith. Silk can shift slightly in drape and tone from screen to hand. Availability can change.

Orders An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for error, stock, or suspected fraud, and we will refund any charge we do not fulfill. Prices are in USD and can change before you check out.

Payment Payment is due at checkout through the methods we offer.

Shipping See our Shipping policy. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.

Returns See our Refund policy. Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Tags attached. No wear, perfume, or detergent odor. Intimate apparel: for hygiene, returns only if sealed and unworn, as stated on the product page. You cover return shipping unless we made an error.

Your use of the site Do not misuse the site or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property The DearOnyx name and the words and images on this site belong to us or our licensors.

Disclaimer The site and products are provided as is, as far as the law allows. We do not promise the site will always be error-free, or that a piece will fit every body or taste.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, except where consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise.
